Which Plan is Right for You?

Choosing the Lifespring Health plan that is best for your individual needs depends on how you'll use your HSA account most often. We offer three plan options with different features, but each comes with the same commitment to Lifespring Health service. Two full-service accounts require a one-time account set-up fee of $35.00, and our online-only plan has a low set-up fee of $15.00 an can be opened within minutes.

  • The Lifespring Health Standard Plan offers the most comprehensive array of services, including review of insurance company Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and payment of bills to your health care providers or as a reimbursement to you. With this plan you maximize your level of service for the low monthly fee of $8.75 per account.
  • The Lifespring Health eSavings Plan offers the most cost effective services, for account holders who choose to self-serve online. You may enroll online and manage your account online. With this plan, you maximize your savings for the low monthly fee of $2.50 per account. The account may be opened for only $15.00. There is no charge for debit cards, debit card transactions or the use of Lifespring Health’s e-Checking service.
